No-Burn® Original is a Class A, clear penetrating intumescent fire retardant coating, that can prevent the spread of fire on bamboo and thatch. It contributes in preventing ignition or delay spread of flames when thatch is exposed to direct flames or intense heat. No-Burn certified technicians apply No-Burn® Original with high-pressure spraying to new or existing thatch roofs. Protection on both sides (the exterior and interior) is recommended. No-Burn® Original is non-toxic and meets “Green” requirements. It is a water-based product and cures within hours after application.
On exterior applications, it is recommended to be re-applied every 12-18 months, interior applications can exceed 10 years. However, thatch lifespan is strongly affected by local weather conditions, quality of thatching materials and design and workmanship of the thatched structure. These could retard or adversely accelerate degradation of thatch.
PVC, CPVC, Fiberglass, Plastics
No-Burn® Plus not only prevents the spread of fire on plastics and fiberglass substrates, but can reduce toxic smoke by over 80%. When No-Burn Plus is applied to plastic and fiberglass type substrates, it will greatly reduce and even stop the development of toxic smoke from these substrates.

No-Burn® Plus has also successfully tested to not harm or degredate CPVC for sprinkler systems. In plenum areas between floors of multi-story buildings where PVC piping may be in large quantities, No-Plus is spray-applied to the pipes to prevent the development of smoke in case a fire develops on the lower floors.
No-Burn® Plus is a flat white primer looking product that can be top-coated with latex paint for an appealing aesthetic appearance.
Cabinetry, Trimwork, Paneling
No-Burn® Original is Class A, transparent, zero VOC fire retardant coating that when applied cannot be seen by the naked eye, providing a smooth finish without raising the grain. Staining over Original is permitted, but should be done with the use of a water-soluble stain or sealer.
